Yesterday I witnesses something so sad. I was sitting at a stop light and looked over into a parking lot. There was a white van sitting there that said "Butler Painting Services". There was a guy sitting in the drivers seat and he had his window rolled down. What caught my eye was his next move. He reached his arm out the window and dropped a handful of garbage onto the ground. Just like that. He didn't even hesitate. And then he drove off.
I mean really, who does that?!?!
