This picture was taken minutes ago. I'm sitting on the couch flanked by the sweetest snoring Boston Terrier ever. Jet has joined our family!
The kitties don't know what to think of him quite yet. Ares is very curious. Percy, as usual, is pretty pissed off.
I'm still in shock. I can't believe we have a dog.

Sadie wants to know where you put the cats . . . asked with a quaver of worry in her voice. Jeff wants you to know that dog owning is akin to voting Republican. Or choosing to watch the latest Indiana Jones movie over something shot by Godard.
My compromise to our family's continued request for a dog was to add a child.
I mean congratulations! The last sentence was sincere.
I love the dog. My grandma had the same kind of dog inexplicably named Snoopy. He looks kind of cat-like for a dog. I am looking forward to meeting him.

Well, I can see Jet needs his own quilt! Yea! I have a new grandson! Must admit, he's much much cuter than I expected!
