Yay! As we drove up to the house last night from Chris's birthday dinner we saw our Christmas Lights on the horizon. We had power!!! It must have come on right after Chris left the house because it was nice and toasty in here. What a relief. I'm not prepared for a disaster by any means. Perhaps this experience will teach me a lesson and I will assemble a disaster recovery kit. Or perhaps I'll fool myself into believing it will never happen again.....
I think I'll at least go buy firewood this weekend! If I can find any.....
