Are Knifes An Impulse Buy?

Yesterday afternoon Chris and I visited the Big 5 in Westwood Village to get our fishing licenses for this year. Before purchasing them we looked around the store and I was surprised to find, in the golf section no less, a display of kitchen knife sets. You know the kind, there is a knife block and then about 20 cheap knifes with colored handles to match your kitchen decor. They had blue sets and red sets. In the golf section. At Big 5. I find that to be weird. I mean who really thinks "Hey I need to purchase a knife set for my kitchen, I should go to Big 5 and pick one up". Or, are kitchen knifes an impulse buy?

Weird.
