Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Chris loves to cook. And when he cooks he likes to dirty every dish in the kitchen. And he likes to follow recipes, exactly. We're completely opposite in the kitchen. But I do have to admit, his dishes turn out pretty scrumptious and Friday was no exception.

On Friday Chris pulled out the Weber Grilling book my mother gave us for a wedding shower and picked a recipe for dinner. He decided on Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Glazed Sweet Potatoes. It turned out amazing. Here is a picture of the recipe book and the end product (notice the yummy broccoli that I only dirtying one pan).
